REFUND
POLICY

REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS 

"You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement at any time prior to the midnight of the fifth business day of the Wellness and Fitness Center after the date of this agreement, excluding Sundays and holidays. To cancel this agreement, mail or deliver a signed and dated notice which states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect. The notice shall be sent to Christopher Cuevas at 1966 Tice Valley Blvd., Suite 429, Walnut Creek CA,94595, or hand delivered to UON FIT at 1501 North California Blvd., Suite B, Walnut Creek CA, 94596.

SESSION & SERVICES REFUND POLICY

I, the buyer/client, understand that there will be no refunds of any kind after 5 business days of signing the UON FIT Participate Agreement Contract. I understand that no part of any service(s) which I have purchased, used or unused, or otherwise have recieved from UON FIT UONFIT LLC/Christopher Cuevas and any/all agents, subcontractors, and/or individuals working on behave or, directly or indirectly for UON FIT UONFIT LLC/Christopher  Cuevas are exchangable and/or transferable , unless directly expressed in writing by UON FIT UONFIT LLC Owner or Manager, working on their behalf. I further understand that all services must be fully used/exhausted within 3 months of the date purchaced, unless otherwise agreed uopn in writing. Any unsed sessions/services are thereafter forfeit.
