TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Client/Members Participation

• Client/Member Participation is subject to approval by UON FIT Ownership and/or Management.

• Client/Members must be at least 18 years old. If younger, Client/Members must be with their parent or legal guardian.

• Membership fees, types, and benefits may vary and are subject to change.

2. Rules and Regulations

• Client/Members must comply with all gym rules, policies, and guidelines, including safety instructions and proper equipment use.

• UON FIT UONFIT LLC. reserves the right to refuse access or terminate memberships for any breach of these terms.

3. Liability Waiver

• Client/Members assume all risk of personal injury, death, or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care.

4. Payment and Fees

• Client/Members agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes for their selected session/services/membership type.

• Late or returned payments are subject to additional fees as defined in your "Participant  Agreement Contract.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice according to the terms stated in the Session & Services Return Policy Page.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

6. Personal Information and Privacy

• Personal information collected will be managed according to the UON FIT UONFIT LLC. Privacy Policy.

• UON FIT UONFIT LLC. may use personal information for marketing purposes, subject to applicable laws.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• UON FIT UONFIT LLC.reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Clients/Members will be notified of significant changes.

8. Miscellaneous

• These terms are governed by the laws of California.

• If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
